Revelation 13: 11-12
11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed
Now in 1798 the papal system received it's mortal wound when it was taken out of power by Napolean. At that same time a second beast arose. This beast though rose from the earth which in bible means a place that there was no multitudes of nations there. Now back to history which power arose in 1798..... The United States of America.

At the same time that the mortal wound is given the most powerful country in Europe at the time France recognises the independence of the United states. Now this beast has lamb like principals yet it will speak as the dragon.

For this lamblike beast to speak like the dragon the Consitution will have to be done away with. If we realize the US is no longer a republic it is a democracy. And now more than half of congress are of the Catholic faith.

This is where it gets tricky and people tend to pull away because as we have seen previously the consitution does not allow church and state to mix. But when God says that something will happean believe it will. So far every prophesy of the past to now has been accomplished so all those that remain will follow in suit. For this to happean laws have to be changed and whether you believe or not it is happeaning as you read. Members of the head of church bodies all around are now meeting to pass what is called the "National Rest day".
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
The second beast (USA) will give power and will be as an image to the first beast (Rome) so everything that Rome stood for when in power so will the USA .

The bible shows that the second beast (USA) will arise at exactly the right time will change it's ways from lamb-like principal to dragon-like principals and will become a persecuting power just like the first beast (Rome) was of old and that the whole world will follow him.
